Set Your Omnisend Reply-To Address
Omnisend sends replies to your sender email address unless you set a different reply-to. The reply-to address has to be verified in Omnisend before you can select it, and the toggle that uses it lives in two places: once for campaigns, once per email block in automations.
What to paste: omnisend@reply.yourbrand.com
Your domain has to be verified in Know Reply first. See How a reply domain works.
Verify the address in Omnisend
Section titled “Verify the address in Omnisend”- Go to Store settings, then Email addresses, and click Add email address.
- Enter
omnisend@reply.yourbrand.comand submit. - Omnisend emails a confirmation to that address. Because the subdomain’s MX points at Know Reply, the message arrives in your Know Reply workspace, not in a mailbox. Open it there and click Verify my sender email address.
Use it on a campaign
Section titled “Use it on a campaign”- Open the campaign and go to Email settings.
- Switch on Receive replies to a different email address.
- Select
omnisend@reply.yourbrand.comfrom the verified addresses.
Use it in an automation
Section titled “Use it in an automation”Automations do not inherit the campaign setting. Each email block carries its own sender configuration.
- Open the automation and click the email block.
- Switch on Receive replies to a different email address.
- Select
omnisend@reply.yourbrand.com. - Repeat for every email block in the workflow.
Abandoned cart, browse abandonment, welcome, and post-purchase series are all built from these blocks, and those are the emails that generate the most replies. Working through them once is worth the ten minutes.
Check it worked
Section titled “Check it worked”Send yourself a test from the campaign, hit reply, and confirm your mail client shows omnisend@reply.yourbrand.com in the To field. If it shows your sender address instead, the toggle did not save.
