Route Drip Replies to Know Reply

Esta página aún no está disponible en tu idioma.

Drip’s Identity Settings carry a From name, a From email address, and a postal address. There is no separate reply-to field in the campaign builder, so replies follow the From address and that is what you point at Know Reply. Reply Tracking, which used to intercept replies, is a legacy feature and is not available in new accounts.

What to paste: drip@reply.yourbrand.com

Your domain has to be verified in Know Reply first. See How a reply domain works.

  1. Go to Settings, then Email Setup.
  2. Enter drip@reply.yourbrand.com as the from email address and save.
  3. Drip emails a confirmation link to that address. The link expires 30 minutes after it is sent.
  4. Because the subdomain’s MX points at Know Reply, the confirmation arrives in your Know Reply workspace rather than in a mailbox. Open it there and click the link inside the 30 minutes.

A subdomain of your own domain is the right shape here. Drip blocks gmail.com, yahoo.com, and aol.com from the From field because of DMARC, and it asks for an address that matches your website.

  1. Open the single email campaign or the email series campaign.
  2. Go to the Identity Settings tab.
  3. Set the From email address to drip@reply.yourbrand.com.
  4. Save.

Email series campaigns hold Identity Settings for the series, so setting it once covers every email in that series. Single email campaigns each carry their own, and broadcasts you have already built keep whatever address they were created with.

Emails sent from inside a workflow use the Identity Settings of the campaign or email they belong to. Check the workflow’s email steps if replies from an automation still arrive somewhere else.

Send yourself a broadcast, hit reply, and confirm drip@reply.yourbrand.com appears in the To field of your reply.
