Create Your First Client WorkspaceKey Features for Agencies
Everything you need to turn email replies into results.
Workspace per Client
Each client gets their own isolated workspace with separate agents, knowledge bases, email accounts, and analytics. No data crosses between clients.
Centralized Billing
One organization, one invoice. Manage all client workspaces under a single billing account. Add or remove workspaces as clients come and go.
Team Access Control
Invite team members with role-based permissions: Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer. Give clients read-only access to their own analytics without seeing your other accounts.
Multi-Brand Agents
Each workspace has its own AI agents trained on that client's brand voice, knowledge base, and policies. One platform, completely different personas.
Per-Client Analytics
See performance metrics, sentiment trends, and customer insights for each client separately. Export reports or give clients direct dashboard access.
Centralized Control
One dashboard to manage all client workspaces. Switch between accounts instantly, monitor performance across clients, and prove your value with clear metrics.
Use Cases
How agencies teams use Know Reply.
Managing 10+ Client Accounts
Create a workspace for each client. Assign account managers as Admins. They configure agents, knowledge bases, and integrations without seeing other clients.
Giving Clients Access to Their Data
Invite clients as Viewers to their own workspace. They see analytics and conversation history but cannot change configuration or access other workspaces.
Scaling Your Team
New hires get Member access to specific workspaces. They can test agents and view dashboards without making changes. Promote to Admin when ready.
Consolidated Billing
One subscription covers all workspaces. Add new clients without new billing relationships. See usage across the organization in one place.
Built for Multi-Client Operations
Agencies operate differently than single brands. You manage multiple clients, each with their own brand voice, customer base, and data privacy requirements. Your team needs access to different accounts at different permission levels. Your clients might want to see their own data without seeing anyone else’s.
Know Reply’s Organization and Workspace model was designed for exactly this.
How It Works
Organizations
An Organization is the top-level container. This is where billing lives. One organization, one subscription, one invoice. You can have multiple workspaces under a single organization.
Workspaces
Each Workspace is a completely isolated environment:
- AI Agents trained on that client’s content and voice
- Knowledge Base with that client’s website, docs, and FAQs
- Email Accounts connected to that client’s domain
- Integrations with that client’s Shopify, Stripe, etc.
- Analytics showing only that client’s data
- Contacts and conversation history
Nothing crosses between workspaces. A support agent in Workspace A cannot see knowledge or conversations from Workspace B.
Roles
Each team member can have different roles in different workspaces:
| Role | Capabilities |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control: billing, delete workspace, all admin capabilities |
| Admin | Configure agents, integrations, knowledge base. Invite team members. View all data. |
| Member | View dashboards and test agents. Cannot change configuration. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to analytics. Cannot test agents or change settings. |
This means your account manager can be an Admin on their assigned clients, a Member on others for visibility, and clients can be Viewers on their own workspace.
