What's included in the Free tier?
Free includes 1 active AI agent, 20 web pages of AI knowledge, 50 AI replies per month, and 7 days of analytics. All replies require your approval before sending (draft-review mode). Perfect for testing Know Reply with real emails.
What's the difference between draft-review and auto-send?
In draft-review mode (Free tier), every AI reply is held for your approval before sending. In auto-send mode (Starter+), the AI replies automatically. When the AI isn't confident enough to reply, it escalates to you or asks the customer for clarification — no configuration needed.
Do I need to change my email setup or ESP?
No. Know Reply connects to your existing Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP inbox. It also works with ESP webhooks (SendGrid, Postmark, Mailgun, Brevo). Your current email infrastructure stays exactly as-is.
Do paid plans cap how many replies I can handle?
No. Paid plans cover every reply to every campaign, regardless of volume. You pay for your contact tier — not per reply. A campaign that generates 5,000 replies costs the same as one that generates 50. If you're on the free tier, you get 50 AI-drafted replies per month; beyond that, contacts receive an acknowledgment and the email queues for your review.
How do workspaces work for agencies?
Pro and above support multiple workspaces under one organization. Each workspace is fully isolated: separate agents, knowledge bases, contacts, and analytics. One bill, complete client data separation. Perfect for agencies managing multiple brands.
What integrations are included?
All plans include Shopify, Stripe, Zendesk, WooCommerce, Calendly, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp. Free tier gets 1 active app integration, Starter gets 2, Pro gets 5, and Premium/Enterprise get unlimited.
