Billing Terms

These Billing Terms describe how Know Reply handles payments, subscriptions, and billing for our AI-powered email intelligence platform. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these terms.

1. Plans and Pricing

Know Reply offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Free Tier: Limited access to core features at no cost, including a restricted number of AI-generated email responses per month. No credit card required.
  • Pro Plan: Full access to all features, higher usage limits, priority AI processing, and advanced analytics. Available on monthly or annual billing cycles.
  • Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing for organizations with high-volume needs, including dedicated support, custom integrations, SSO, and tailored usage limits. Contact support@knowreply.ai for a quote.

Current pricing is displayed on our website. Prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice.

2. Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Know Reply does not directly store your full credit card details; all payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance standards.

3. Billing Cycles

Paid plans are available on two billing cycles:

  • Monthly billing: You are billed on the same date each month (e.g., if you subscribe on March 15, you will be billed on the 15th of each subsequent month)
  • Annual billing: You are billed once per year at a discounted rate compared to monthly billing. The annual fee is charged in full at the start of each billing period.

4. Auto-Renewal

All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send you a reminder email at least 7 days before your subscription renews. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings at app.knowreply.ai.

5. Failed Payments and Grace Period

If a scheduled payment fails (for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds), we will:

  • Notify you by email immediately after the failed payment attempt
  • Retry the payment up to 3 times over the following 7 days
  • Provide a 14-day grace period during which your paid features remain active while you update your payment information
  • Downgrade your account to the Free Tier if payment is not resolved within the grace period

6. Plan Changes

Upgrades

When you upgrade your plan, the change takes effect immediately. You will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle, and your new plan rate will apply starting with the next billing cycle.

Downgrades

When you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your current plan's features until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades on monthly plans. For annual plans, see our Refund Policy.

7. Taxes and VAT

Prices displayed on our website are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Depending on your location, your subscription may be subject to sales tax, VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes. These taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on the billing address you provide. If you are a business customer in the EU and provide a valid VAT identification number, your purchase may be exempt from VAT.

8. Invoices

Invoices are generated automatically for each payment and are available in your account settings at app.knowreply.ai. Each invoice includes a breakdown of charges, applicable taxes, and payment details. If you need a custom invoice format or additional billing documentation, please contact support@knowreply.ai.
