At Know Reply, we want you to be fully satisfied with our AI-powered email intelligence platform. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for paid subscriptions purchased through app.knowreply.ai.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new paid subscriptions (monthly and annual) are backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to the first subscription period and does not apply to renewals.

2. Annual Plan Cancellations

If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day money-back guarantee period, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the number of full, unused months remaining in your billing cycle. The refund amount is calculated from the date your cancellation is processed, not from the date of your last use. For example, if you cancel 4 months into a 12-month annual plan, you will receive a refund for the remaining 8 months.

3. Monthly Plan Cancellations

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. If you cancel a monthly subscription after the 14-day money-back guarantee period, no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request
  • Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider. All refunds are processed in the original currency of the transaction.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase for monthly plans
  • Charges resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you failed to maintain adequate account security
  • Add-on purchases or one-time fees, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase
  • Partial month usage on monthly plans

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team may result in the suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly and fairly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
