Set Your Brevo Reply-To Address

このコンテンツはまだ日本語訳がありません。

Brevo defaults the reply-to address to the selected sender through the [DEFAULT_REPLY_TO] token. You can override it in three places, and they take precedence in that order: list setting, then campaign setting, then account default.

What to paste: brevo@reply.yourbrand.com

Your domain has to be verified in Know Reply first. See How a reply domain works.

  1. Open the account dropdown and go to Settings, then Campaigns.
  2. Open Default settings.
  3. In Default campaign settings, enter brevo@reply.yourbrand.com in the Reply-to email address field.
  4. Save.

From then on the address is pre-filled whenever you tick the reply-to box on a campaign.

  1. Open the campaign and expand Additional settings on the setup step.
  2. Tick Use a different ‘Reply-to’ email address.
  3. Confirm the field reads brevo@reply.yourbrand.com, or paste it if it did not pre-fill.
  4. Save the step.

A list can carry its own reply-to that overrides the campaign. If replies from one segment go somewhere unexpected, this is usually why.

  1. Go to Contacts, then Lists, and open the list.
  2. Open its settings and check the reply-to value.

Transactional email is configured separately

Section titled “Transactional email is configured separately”

Everything above applies to Brevo campaigns. Transactional messages sent through the Brevo API or SMTP relay carry their own replyTo field per send, and templates in Transactional > Email > Templates have their own reply-to setting. Set those too if you send receipts or password resets through Brevo, and consider receipts@reply.yourbrand.com so those conversations route to a different agent.

Brevo Conversations is a separate inbox product. Turning it on does not change where campaign replies go.

Send a test campaign to yourself and hit reply. Your mail client should show brevo@reply.yourbrand.com in the To field.
